ADC employs both group workshops and individual counseling as methods to prepare NYC residents for homeownership. We anticipate that participants receiving H.E.L.P. education and counseling services will experience an increased knowledge of the importance of building assets while boosting income as an innovative approach to greater self sufficiency. The true impact of H.E.L.P. will be seen when community participants remain self sufficient and build wealth through savings and homeownership, allowing them to play a significant role in the economic improvement of Harlem.

To support the overall health and wellness of the community, please join our virtual online homeownership workshops.

The HELP Homeownership Workshops are available to all NYC residents but are targeted at low/moderate incomes.  The non -refundable registration Fee is $36.25.  These are virtual online workshops that are designed to take the place of the in-house workshops.  There are no income guidelines to participate in the homeownership workshops.

This is a 4 (four) part workshop that takes place over a period of 3 weeks.
